Hips, neck, posture and many other topics will be covered in this academic year program. A total of eight sessions will cover various joints and systems in the human body. Expand your knowledge and learn new tools for healthy, pain-free living and resilient aging. Many options explained to help you find your magic feel-better moves. $325 for the whole series and $50 for drop ins if there is space available!
