June 20th: Cooling Practices
Yoga for the dog days of summer. It gets hot in India, the birthplace of yoga, so yogis know what to do about it. Explore cooling yoga poses, sequences, and breathwork for when you just need to chill. (Incidentally, these are great to use year round for those who just “run hot” or have “hot flashes” too!)
June 27th: Wind Down Your Mind
Settling and soothing your whole self is an important aspect of self care. If you have ever thought about meditating and not known what to do, I feel you. This info is for those times. Even if those are all your times! Explore guided meditations, unconventional meditation styles and how to create your own mind wind-down techniques.
$40 per drop in session, please pay at the door.
Continuing Education Credits for yoga teachers are available at $10 per session. Please arrange payment with Emrys.
